Baseball Game Preview: Rialto Knights vs. Grand Terrace Titans

For the second straight game, Rialto will face off against Grand Terrace. The Knights will be playing at home against the Titans at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.

Rialto managed to slip by Grand Terrace the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Knights lost 9-2 to the Titans on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Knights have suffered since April 15, 2024.

For Grand Terrace's part, Ezekiel Jahen was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most hits Jahen has posted since back in March.

Jahen wasn't the only one making solid contact: Grand Terrace kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. The Titans are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Rialto's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Grand Terrace, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-11 record.
