Basketball Recap: Jefferson Christian Academy's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak at Home

With a playoff win on the line, Jefferson Christian Academy rose to the challenge on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 45-27 victory over the Ragland Purple Devils. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Jefferson Christian Academy's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-13. As for Ragland, they are on a 42-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-19.

Jefferson Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 61-27 loss against Montgomery Academy on the 1st. Ragland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
