Soccer Recap: Eagleton College & Career Academy Takes a Loss

Eagleton College & Career Academy was the 2-1 winner over Greenback when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Royals took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cherokees on Monday.

Eagleton College & Career Academy's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-6-2. As for Greenback, their win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-6.

Coming up, Eagleton College & Career Academy will venture away from home to square off against Red Bank at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eagleton College & Career Academy will be up against Red Bank's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.09 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Greenback, they will host Sweetwater at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
