Volleyball Recap: Richmond Takes a Loss

After flying high against Ygnacio Valley last Thursday, Richmond came back down to earth. Richmond came up short against the Swett Warriors on Monday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Friday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-9, 25-12.

Richmond's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Swett, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-11.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Richmond will take on rival Pinole Valley at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th. Meanwhile, Swett is set to face off against their familiar foe Salesian College Preparatory at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
