Baseball Recap: Stivers School for the Arts Takes a Loss

Stivers School for the Arts was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Trotwood-Madison Rams, falling 12-1. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in April of 2018.

Stivers School for the Arts' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Trotwood-Madison, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-9.

Coming up, Stivers School for the Arts is taking a road trip to take on Belmont at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bison have averaged an impressive 15 runs per game this season. As for Trotwood-Madison, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mechanicsburg at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
