Volleyball Recap: Elkton/Lake Benton Takes a Loss

Elkton/Lake Benton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Arlington/Lake Preston. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Arlington/Lake Preston this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-1 loss on October 2nd.

Elkton/Lake Benton's defeat dropped their record down to 8-19. As for Arlington/Lake Preston, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-12.

Coming up, Elkton/Lake Benton is taking a road trip to face off against St. Mary at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arlington/Lake Preston, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Oldham-Ramona/R on the 18th.
