Softball Preview: Pelham Panthers vs. Calera Eagles

The Pelham Panthers will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against the Calera Eagles at 10:45 a.m. Pelham's pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so Calera's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Pelham heads in on the heels of a playoff contest on Tuesday. They fell just short of Helena by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, Pelham couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Calera waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with an 8-3 win over the Mustangs.
