Basketball Recap: Princeton Day Comes Up Short

Princeton Day suffered their biggest loss since December 28, 2024 on Monday. They were dealt a 64-37 defeat at the hands of the Burlington Township Falcons. The Panthers' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

It was another big night for Quayd Hendryx, who went 11 for 14 on his way to 25 points in addition to eight steals and five assists for Burlington Township. What's more, Hendryx also posted a 79% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's posted since back in January of 2024. Baron Davis was another key player, putting up nine points along with eight boards and six assists.

Princeton Day's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Burlington Township, the victory (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 19-2.

Princeton Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Burlington Township, they will take on Trenton Central at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Burlington Township's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 contests.
