While Pittsfield's win against Liberty wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Saukees narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Eagles 4-3. The Saukees haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Knox Dunham, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Brody Tomhave was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.

Pittsfield's victory bumped their record up to 18-12. As for Liberty, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-10-1.
