It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Johns Creek ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lanier Longhorns 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Gladiators also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2019.
