It was a good run, but Upland unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Northview Vikings by a score of 2-1. The Highlanders/Scots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Upland's defeat dropped their record down to 11-14. As for Northview, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-5.

Looking ahead, Upland will venture away from home to face off against Los Osos at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Northview, they will welcome Covina at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
