West Davidson has gone a perfect 10-0 against North Rowan recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Dragons will take on the Cavaliers at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (West Davidson has 17 straight victories, North Rowan has ten straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

West Davidson's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over South Davidson. Considering West Davidson have won 14 games by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting South Davidson from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Lillian Benton led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for North Rowan's offense. They lost 6-0 to Lexington on Wednesday.

West Davidson pushed their record up to 17-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven contests. As for North Rowan, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11-1.

Everything went West Davidson's way against North Rowan in their previous meeting back in March, as West Davidson made off with a 9-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
