Grove City and Lincoln are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2020, but not for long. The Greyhounds will face off against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Grove City is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Grove City lost 3-0 to Pickerington North on Thursday.

Grove City was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Lincoln had just enough and edged out Westerville Central 3-2 on Thursday.

Lincoln had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 19-25, 17-25, 25-20, 25-16, 15-11.

Lincoln has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. As for Grove City, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-16.

Grove City beat Lincoln 3-1 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Greyhounds since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
