Midway came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Clinton, but Phoenix Everett wouldn't allow it. The Clinton Dark Horses blew past the Midway Raiders 63-33 on Tuesday thanks in part to Everett, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 14 steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 11 games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Ciara Stuart, who posted 17 points and four steals. That's the most points she has posted since back in February of 2024.

Clinton's record is now 8-4. As for Midway, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-5.

Clinton has already played their next matchup, a 63-30 victory against West Bladen on the 9th. As for Midway, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-12 defeat against Fairmont on the 9th.
