Basketball Recap: Hart County Takes a Loss

Hart County saw some tournament action on Friday. They lost 55-32 to the McLean County Cougars. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Hart County's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-5. As for McLean County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Hart County will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Ohio County at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for McLean County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 61-29 win against Louisville Collegiate on the 28th.
