Soccer Recap: South Dearborn Comes Up Short

After soaring to eight goals the game before, South Dearborn was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They came up short against the East Central Trojans, falling 5-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to South Dearborn of the 8-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

South Dearborn's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for East Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1-1.

South Dearborn didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-2 draw against Cincinnati Country Day on the 30th. As for East Central, they are taking a road trip to take on Connersville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
