Basketball Recap: Ross Takes a Loss

Ross was the 54-39 winner over Bellbrook when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Ross Rams fell 63-56 to the Bellbrook Golden Eagles on Friday. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ross' loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Bellbrook, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ross won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Oakwood at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. Oakwood knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Ross likes a good challenge. As for Bellbrook, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Golden Eagles take on the Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Bellbrook is facing Eaton at the right time seeing as Eaton is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
