Volleyball Recap: Pacifica Christian Comes Up Short

If Pacifica Christian was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Dana Hills last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pacifica Christian Tritons came up short against the Santa Margarita Eagles on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Pacifica Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18, 25-22.

Pacifica Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Santa Margarita, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-4.

Looking ahead, Pacifica Christian will venture away from home to face off against Capistrano Valley Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Santa Margarita, they will host Mater Dei at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
