Softball Recap: Green Canyon Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Green Canyon's offense. They came up short against the Logan Grizzlies on Friday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Wolves' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Green Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Logan, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Green Canyon and Provo will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Logan, they will take on Weber at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Logan's pitchers better be ready for this one: Weber has averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season.
