Softball Game Preview: Manning Monarchs vs. Mullins Auctioneers

The Manning Monarchs will head out to square off against the Mullins Auctioneers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Manning will be strutting in after a win while Mullins will be coming in after a defeat.

On Wednesday, Manning got the win against Lake Marion by a conclusive 13-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Monarchs.

Meanwhile, Mullins scored the most runs they've had this season last Friday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 19-10 to Marion. The Auctioneers haven't had much luck with the Swamp Foxes recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

The victory got Manning back to even at 2-2. As for Mullins, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Manning got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Mullins by a conclusive 16-0 score. Do the Monarchs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Auctioneers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
