Basketball Recap: Hebrew Academy Starts off Right with Win over Gulliver Prep

Hebrew Academy had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 47-40 victory over the Gulliver Prep Raiders. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Eliana Wolfson was a one-woman wrecking crew as she posted 31 points. Shana Strohli was another key player, putting up seven points.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hebrew Academy will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Scheck Hillel Community School at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Gulliver Prep, they will take on Palmetto at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
