Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Holy Family). They claimed a resounding 82-33 win over The Classical Academy Titans. With the Tigers ahead 44-21 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Holy Family's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gracie Ward, who went 9-for-12 on her way to 23 points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave Ward a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (63%). Alexcia Oaxaca was another key player, putting up 16 points and three steals.

Holy Family was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The Classical Academy lost on Friday despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Emily Cook, who posted six points and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Emma Megahan, who had six points.

Holy Family's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for The Classical Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12.
