Basketball Recap: Austin College and Career Academy Comes Up Short

After soaring to 56 points the game before, Austin College and Career Academy was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 75-23 loss at the hands of the Wells Raiders. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Austin College and Career Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wells, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Austin College and Career Academy will take on Little Village in a tournament on Saturday. As for Wells, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Schurz at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
