Hoover put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Homewood Patriots onto the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The Buccaneers' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last six contests.

Patrick Anderson and Reeves Knox scored both of Hoover's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Hoover pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Homewood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hoover will face off against Calera at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hoover is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season. As for Homewood, they will challenge Thompson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
