Football Recap: Flint Hill Huskies vs. Bullis Bulldogs

Flint Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 34-3 defeat at the hands of the Bullis Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 184th in Virginia, while the Bulldogs are ranked 28th in Maryland).

Alexander Mahmood threw for 112 yards on eight of 12 attempts. Ty Harris was his top target, picking up 108 receiving yards. On the ground, Savion Sarkhosh rushed for 32 yards.

Flint Hill's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Bullis, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Coincidentally, Flint Hill and Bullis will both be playing Potomac School the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Panthers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Huskies will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on the 17th.
