Soccer Recap: Edison Comes Up Short

Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Lake Braddock Bruins. If Edison were looking for revenge after losing 4-0 to Lake Braddock when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Edison's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lake Braddock, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Edison will be playing in front of their home fans against George C. Marshall at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lake Braddock, they are taking a road trip to face off against Westfield at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Westfield's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Lake Braddock's offense will have their work cut out for them.
