Basketball Game Recap: Roseburg vs. Sheldon

This past Friday, the Roseburg Indians were out to avenge their 56-43 defeat to the Sheldon Irish from their previous meeting last month, but they had no such luck. Roseburg took a hard 54-36 fall against Sheldon. That's the fewest points the Indians have scored all season.

The loss dropped Roseburg's record to 4-16. The win was the third in a row for the Irish and raised their record to 13-9.

Roseburg will be hunkering down at home again for their game against South Eugene on Tuesday. Roseburg is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. As for Sheldon, they will go up against North Medford on Tuesday. Like Sheldon, Medford is also coming into the contest bolstered by a recent victory.
