It was a good run, but Philip unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They were dealt a 69-41 loss at the hands of the Sisseton Redmen. The matchup marked the Scotties' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Philip's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Sisseton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Philip will host Kadoka at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Kadoka will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Philip surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sisseton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Britton-Hecla at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sisseton knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Britton-Hecla likes a good challenge.
