Baseball Recap: St. Vincent de Paul Takes a Loss

St. Vincent de Paul was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against the Analy Tigers, falling 24-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-0 back in March.

St. Vincent de Paul saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cameron Boutilier, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

St. Vincent de Paul's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Analy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season.

While St. Vincent de Paul had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
