Baseball Recap: Fairfield Central Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Fairfield Central's offense. They came up short against the Clinton Red Devils on Wednesday, falling 10-0. The Griffins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fairfield Central's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Clinton, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Looking ahead, Fairfield Central will face off against Keenan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Clinton will be paying especially close attention to the Griffins' matchup: after the Griffins faces off against the Raiders, they'll take on Clinton again at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
