Basketball Recap: St. Mary's Takes a Loss

St. Mary lost against Lakeview back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The St. Mary's Crusaders fell 47-35 to the Lakeview Honkers. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Mary's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Lakeview, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season.

Coming up, St. Mary's won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against North Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lakeview, they will square off against Rogue River at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Rogue River has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight defeats, while Lakeview will come in with three straight wins.
