Football Recap: Hamilton-Wenham Regional Takes a Loss

After flying high against Brighton/Kennedy Health Careers two weeks ago, Hamilton-Wenham Regional came back down to earth. The Generals were beaten by the North Reading Hornets 42-6 on Friday. The Generals haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Hamilton-Wenham Regional now has a losing record of 1-2. As for North Reading, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hamilton-Wenham Regional is set to square off against their familiar foe Pentucket Regional at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, North Reading will take on rival Triton Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
