Soccer Recap: East Duplin Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact East Duplin can now relate to. They fell just short of the Carrboro Jaguars by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to East Duplin of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2016.

Their goal came courtesy of Osiris Mendoza, who's now up to four this season.

East Duplin's loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-8-2. As for Carrboro, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-8-1 record this season.

As of now, neither East Duplin nor Carrboro have any future games scheduled.
