Softball Recap: Huntsville Takes a Loss

Huntsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 13-2 to the A&M Consolidated Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-2 back in March.

Chloe Sanders was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI.

Huntsville's loss dropped their record down to 11-16. As for A&M Consolidated, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Huntsville nor A&M Consolidated have any future games scheduled.
