Volleyball Recap: Mitchell Comes Up Short

Mitchell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kearney Bearcats.

Mitchell's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Kearney, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 13-7.

Coming up, Mitchell will head out on the road to take on Morrill at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kearney has already played their next contest (against McCook), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
