Basketball Recap: Smithfield Takes a Loss

Smithfield lost against Tabb back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Smithfield Packers lost 44-22 to the Tabb Tigers.

Smithfield's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Tabb, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Coming up, Smithfield will be playing at home against Bruton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up.
