Football Recap: Honoka'a Takes a Loss

Honoka'a lost against Kamehameha Hawai'i back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dragons received a blow as they fell 35-20 to the Warriors. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Honoka'a's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Kamehameha Hawai'i, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Honoka'a will challenge Ka'u at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kamehameha Hawai'i, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Kealakehe at 7:00 p.m. on the 27th. The Waveriders will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.
