Santee piles up the points against St. Edward

Recap: Santee Warriors vs. St. Edward Beavers
The Santee Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 50 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 80-30 victory over St. Edward on the road. With Santee ahead 55-17 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Despite the loss, St. Edward still got an impressive performance from Anthony Reader, who scored 16 points. The matchup was Reader's 11th in a row with at least ten points.
The victory was the third in a row for Santee, bringing their record for this year to 8-3. As for St. Edward, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-8.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Santee will take on Osceola at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. St. Edward won't have much time to rest: their next game is against High Plains on January 6th.
