Softball Recap: Garrett Comes Up Short

If Garrett was riding high fresh off their 17-2 takedown of Fremont on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Railroaders lost 8-0 to the Leo Lions on Thursday. The Railroaders haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Garrett's loss dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Leo, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.

Garrett will face off against Woodlan at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Leo, they will take on Eastside at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
