Washington won the last time they faced Huron and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors didn't even let the Tigers on the board, marking the Warriors' second-straight 3-0 shutout. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. The final score came out to 26-24, 26-24, 25-22.

Aubrielle Perry paced Washington's offense, picking up 12 kills. Perry got some help from Emily Akkerman and her 21 assists.

Washington's record is now 7-3. As for Huron, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Washington will take on Tea at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors are facing the Titans at the right time seeing as the Titans are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Huron, they will face off against Lincoln at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
