Soccer Recap: Pompano Beach Takes a Loss

Pompano Beach was the 2-1 winner over Coral Springs Charter when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Pompano Beach Golden Tornadoes came up short against the Coral Springs Charter Panthers on Tuesday, falling 4-1.

Pompano Beach's goal came courtesy of Madison Ellis, who's now up to three this season.

Pompano Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 7-3-1. As for Coral Springs Charter, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pompano Beach will challenge Deerfield Beach at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Coral Springs Charter, they will be playing in front of their home fans against NSU University at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. NSU University is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4 goals per game this season.
