Volleyball Game Preview: Woods Cross Wildcats vs. Viewmont Vikings

Woods Cross is 0-3 against Viewmont since March of 2024 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wildcats will host the Vikings at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Woods Cross turned things around against Grantsville on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Cowboys.

Meanwhile, Viewmont came tearing into Thursday's contest with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Lakers by a score of 3-1.

Viewmont got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 31-29, 25-11, 23-25, 25-17.

Viewmont pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Woods Cross, their win bumped their record up to 9-12.
