Basketball Recap: Middlesex Comes Up Short

Middlesex lost against West Point back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Middlesex Chargers were dealt a 53-24 loss at the hands of the West Point Pointers. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Middlesex's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for West Point, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Middlesex will take on King William at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th. As for West Point, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Essex at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
