Shiner won the last time they faced Calhoun and things went their way on Saturday too. The Shiner Comanches took their match with ease, bagging a 52-23 win over the Calhoun Sandcrabs. The Comanches have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

Calhoun lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Fehrle Rodriguez, who posted six points. Another player making a difference was Lauryn Chavana, who had five points.

Shiner is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.6 points per game. As for Calhoun, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
