Soccer Recap: Grafton Takes a Loss

Grafton and Lafayette squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Grafton had to settle for second. They lost 6-1 to the Rams. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, Grafton couldn't push the score so high this time.

Grafton's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Lafayette, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3-1 record this season.

Grafton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lafayette, they will take on Tabb on Tuesday.
