Volleyball Recap: Trinity Oaks Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Trinity Oaks Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Christian Heritage Academy Lions. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Trinity Oaks Christian Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-22.

Trinity Oaks Christian Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Christian Heritage Academy, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Trinity Oaks Christian Academy will challenge Cristo Rey St. Martin on Tuesday. As for Christian Heritage Academy, they will take on Westlake Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
