Roosevelt barely beat McLane the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rough Riders put the hurt on the Highlanders with a sharp 3-0 victory on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Rough Riders in their matchups with the Highlanders: they've now won eight in a row.

Roosevelt never let McLane on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 25-22.

Roosevelt's record now sits at 21-9. As for McLane, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-19.
