Soccer Recap: Carmel Starts Season with Loss at Home

Carmel unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-1 to the Hamilton Southeastern Royals on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Carmel of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Carmel wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 4-0 victory against Guerin Catholic on the 22nd. As for Hamilton Southeastern, they have also already played their next game, a 9-0 win against Franklin Central on the 20th.
