Basketball Recap: Argonia Comes Up Short

Argonia lost against Dexter back in February of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Argonia Raiders had to suffer through a 63-34 loss at the hands of Dexter. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Argonia's defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Dexter, the victory got them back to even at 1-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Argonia will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oxford at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st. As for Dexter, they will face off against Bluestem on January 28th. Dexter is facing Bluestem at the right time seeing as Bluestem is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
