Volleyball Recap: Walpole Takes a Loss

Walpole was the 3-1 winner over Braintree when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Timberwolves lost 3-0 to the Wamps on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Timberwolves have suffered against the Wamps since April 8, 2021.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-9, 25-8.

Walpole's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Braintree, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Walpole will take on Brookline at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Braintree and Natick will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
